The Logistics Sector
Is a market sector that encompasses the components and interactions that determine the mobility of people, goods, and materials. It includes companies involved in pure transportation services using various modes of transport such as automobiles, trucks, trains, ships, etc. It also includes companies that offer logistics services such as warehousing, transportation planning, and management operations. In the current market, various logistics activities can be distinguished based on the specific process they refer to, such as inbound logistics, internal logistics, distribution logistics, reverse logistics, outbound logistics, etc. It is also a sector that is generally cyclical.
Of particular importance is the planning activity for managing and implementing storage and transportation procedures to make them as efficient and effective as possible. As the logistics sector is interdependent, both vertically and horizontally, with other sectors, and as logistics is an internal activity within any market enterprise, there are multiple investment opportunities. For this reason, WeInvest has decided to dedicate a specific Sectorial Thematic Club Deal to the logistics sector.

- Import/Export Companies: these companies engage in the import and export of goods, services, and commercial merchandise, typically on an international level;
- E-commerce Companies: these are virtual spaces for the buying and selling of goods and services facilitated through the use of telecommunications and information technology.

Another political element that has a significant impact on the industry's performance and results is the regulatory framework at the national, European Union, and international levels;
