Real Estate: Get Value to your Asset

The innovative Consulting Methodology, "Get Value to your Asset", proposed by WeInvest and based on an Interdisciplinary Systemic approach, is aimed at all those who want to Enhance, Manage and Make their Real Estate Efficient to primarily determine the real value of the Assets that make them up. This goes beyond the traditional Static Valuation principle (based on square metres, hypothetical selling price, location, condition of the property, etc.) and embraces the modern principle of Dynamic Valuation, based on the market value of the Asset over time, in order to evaluate the real or virtual cash flows generated, tax policy, risk assessment, E/F items, to obtain a reliable value to be correctly inserted into the balance sheet, in the real economy.
