Morandini 502: the Building
A real representation of Italian master Marcello Morandini's sculpture 502, the building is designed to house a residential complex of 42 duplex apartments. On the first floor, a museum/auction house is planned to exhibit Italian artworks, while on the top floor there is an excellent restaurant celebrating Italian cuisine.
The skyscraper is designed to be about 216 m tall and with a base width of 28m each, with 27 floors and 53 total levels. Each of the 42 apartments, ranging in size from 770 square metres to 850 square metres, is developed on both a black level and a white cube level.
